This paper elaborates damage to human body caused by Cr (VI) in leather, how it emerges and influential factors of Cr (VI) content in leather. Moreover, this paper makes a comparison to current common detection methods of Cr(VI) in leather both at home and abroad.At the end,it gives suggestions to Cr(VI) damage protection.
