目的：探析消毒供应中心质量管理采用持续质量改进模式的效果及应用价值和意义。方法我院消毒供应中心自2009年开始实施持续质量改进模式，对管理过程中每个环节潜在的实际存在的质量问题进行分析探讨，发掘出质量问题的原因，并提出相应的改进措施，对比实施前后知识掌握率、科室满意度、工作效率等。结果经过3年的持续质量改进，消毒供应中心管理质量明显提升，知识掌握度、科室满意率、工作效率等均明显升高，科室满意率和工作效率和实施前比较差异不显著（P＞0.05），其余各项比较差异显著（P＜0.05），有效地减少或者避免了不良事件的发生。结论消毒供应中心持续质量改进能极大程度减少或者避免不良事件的发生，提升质量管理，有效地改善服务质量，应在全国范围内推行。

Objective of quality management of disinfection supply center using continuous quality improvement ef ect and application value and significance of mode. Methods in our hospital disinfection supply center began to implement the continuous quality improvement model since 2009,quality problems of each link of management process of potential analysis,dig out the causes of quality problems,and proposes the corresponding improvement measure,contrast before and after the implementation of knowledge mastery rate,satisfaction,work ef iciency of department. Results after 3 years of continuous quality improvement,quality management of the central sterile supply department has improved significantly,degree,satisfaction rate,work ef iciency increased knowledge,and before the implementation of significant dif erences (P<0.05), ef ectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse events. Conclusion disinfection supply center of continuous quality improvement can greatly reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse events,enhance the quality of management,improve service quality,ensure the ef ectiveness and safety of clinical medical work, should be implemented throughout the country.
