目的：应用品管圈活动减少静脉留置针医嘱遗漏问题。方法成立品管圈活动小组，对静脉留置针医嘱遗漏问题进行分析，确立减少静脉留置针医嘱遗漏问题为主题，按照品管圈活动步骤，开展相关质量改进。结果经过品管圈活动静脉留置医嘱针遗漏率由20.5%下降到2.5%。结论开展品管圈活动调动了护理人员的积极性，提高了护士解决问题的能力，从而减少静脉留置针遗医嘱漏问题，减少护理缺陷，提高护理服务品质。

목적：응용품관권활동감소정맥류치침의촉유루문제。방법성립품관권활동소조，대정맥류치침의촉유루문제진행분석，학립감소정맥류치침의촉유루문제위주제，안조품관권활동보취，개전상관질량개진。결과경과품관권활동정맥류치의촉침유루솔유20.5%하강도2.5%。결론개전품관권활동조동료호리인원적적겁성，제고료호사해결문제적능력，종이감소정맥류치침유의촉루문제，감소호리결함，제고호리복무품질。
Objective:To minimize problems of medical orders omission on venous indwel ing needle through quality control circle activities. Methods: A group of quality control circle was established to investigate the problems of medical orders omission on venous indwel ing needle, aiming to achieve improvement according to steps of quality control circle. Results: The medical orders omission rate on venous indwel ing needle decreased from 21% to 0.86% through the activities. Conclusion: The implement of quality control circle activities aroused the enthusiasm of nursing staf , improved their problem-solving ability, thus reduced nursing defect and the problems of medical orders omission on venous indwel ing needle, and improved the quality of nursing service.
