目的:研究大脑中动脉(MCA)狭窄程度与侧支循环形成的相关性,分析影响大脑中动脉侧支循环的影响因素。方法选取我院神经内科收治的MCA狭窄患者88例作为研究对象,比较患者MCA狭窄程度、卒中危险因素与侧支循环建立的关系。结果大脑中动脉狭窄程度越高,侧支循环形成代偿的频率越高;糖尿病及高脂血症患者的与大脑中动脉狭窄后侧支循环形成有关(P<0.05),促进侧支循环的形成,而高血压与与大脑中动脉狭窄后侧支循环形成无关。结论大脑中动脉狭窄程度分级越高,形成的侧支循环越多,且糖尿病及高血脂等脑卒中影响因素能促进侧支循环的形成,而高血压与侧支循环的形成无明显相关性。

목적:연구대뇌중동맥(MCA)협착정도여측지순배형성적상관성,분석영향대뇌중동맥측지순배적영향인소。방법선취아원신경내과수치적MCA협착환자88례작위연구대상,비교환자MCA협착정도、졸중위험인소여측지순배건립적관계。결과대뇌중동맥협착정도월고,측지순배형성대상적빈솔월고;당뇨병급고지혈증환자적여대뇌중동맥협착후측지순배형성유관(P<0.05),촉진측지순배적형성,이고혈압여여대뇌중동맥협착후측지순배형성무관。결론대뇌중동맥협착정도분급월고,형성적측지순배월다,차당뇨병급고혈지등뇌졸중영향인소능촉진측지순배적형성,이고혈압여측지순배적형성무명현상관성。
Objective to study the middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis degree and col ateral circulation formation correlation,analysis the influence factors of influence in the brain artery col ateral circulation. Methods select 88 cases of MCA stenosis patients admit ed in our hospital neurology as the research object,comparing MCA stenosis degree and risk factors of stroke in patients with and to establish the relationship between the col ateral circulation. The Results in the brain artery stenosis degree is higher,the higher the frequency of compensatory col ateral circulation formation Of patients with diabetes and hyperlipidemia associated with formation water cycle of the side after middle cerebral artery stenosis (p<0.05), and to promote the formation of col ateral circulation,and high blood pressure and has nothing to do with the cycle of the side after middle cerebral artery stricture formation. Conclusion middle cerebral artery stenosis degree classification is higher,the more col ateral circulation formation, and stroke ef ect factors such as diabetes and high cholesterol can promote the formation of col ateral circulation,and high blood pressure has no obvious correlation with the formation of col ateral circulation.
