目的：探讨宫腔镜检查在诊断宫腔内疾病中的临床应用价值。方法我院在2010年10月~2012年10月2年间行宫腔镜检查126例。结果本组126例宫腔镜检查发现102例有宫腔内病变，疾病检出率为80.9%。结论宫腔镜检查宫内病变较直观、准确度高，对宫腔内早期微小病变的诊断有重要的临床意义。
