目的：分析氯氮平血清浓度与其唾液浓度的相关性，以便探讨唾液（无创伤采样）检测其药物浓度。方法选取服用氯氮平片的住院患者男、女各30例，计60例，每例同步采集血样、唾液样本各一份，应用HPLC技术对血样和唾液样本进行氯氮平浓度测定。结果从同步检测血样和唾液样本氯氮平浓度的数据中发现具有平行性规律。结论通过血样和唾液样本氯氮平浓度的平行变化规律，可以采用唾液氯氮平浓度为临床合理用药提供有力依据。由于唾液的采集比血样的采集更为简便、快捷、无创伤和损害等特点，患者容易接受，更有利于TDM工作的开展。
목적：분석록담평혈청농도여기타액농도적상관성，이편탐토타액（무창상채양）검측기약물농도。방법선취복용록담평편적주원환자남、녀각30례，계60례，매례동보채집혈양、타액양본각일빈，응용HPLC기술대혈양화타액양본진행록담평농도측정。결과종동보검측혈양화타액양본록담평농도적수거중발현구유평행성규률。결론통과혈양화타액양본록담평농도적평행변화규률，가이채용타액록담평농도위림상합리용약제공유력의거。유우타액적채집비혈양적채집경위간편、쾌첩、무창상화손해등특점，환자용역접수，경유리우TDM공작적개전。
Objective analysis of correlation of clozapine concentration in serum and saliva in order to explore the saliva (non-invasive sampling) concentration detection. Methods to select patients taking clozapine tablets al 30 cases of male and female, 60 for example, col ecting samples of blood, saliva, every case, application of HPLC technique in determination of clozapine concentration in blood and saliva samples. Results from the simultaneous detection of clozapine concentration in blood and saliva samples with a paral el rule is found in the data. Conclusion Through blood and saliva samples paral el variation of concentration of clozapine, saliva concentration of clozapine may be used to provide strong basis for rational clinical drug use. Due to the saliva col ection easier than col ecting blood samples, fast, non-invasive and damage characteristics, with af ordable, more conducive to the work of TDM.
