目的：探讨铰链式活动夹板治疗早中期单间室狭窄膝骨性关节炎的健教效果评价。方法从功能锻炼、心理、饮食、并发症等方面对26例应用铰链式活动夹板的膝骨性关节炎患者进行健康宣教。结果在护理健教及观察过程中，患者知晓配戴方法及护理要点，无并发症的发生，临床效果满意。本组治疗1个疗程后评定疗效，优14例，良9例，可2例，差1例，总有效率为96%。结论护理措施的落实到位及有效的护理配合和对提高应用铰链式活动夹板的膝骨性关节炎患者疗效及生活质量有重要的意义。
목적：탐토교련식활동협판치료조중기단간실협착슬골성관절염적건교효과평개。방법종공능단련、심리、음식、병발증등방면대26례응용교련식활동협판적슬골성관절염환자진행건강선교。결과재호리건교급관찰과정중，환자지효배대방법급호리요점，무병발증적발생，림상효과만의。본조치료1개료정후평정료효，우14례，량9례，가2례，차1례，총유효솔위96%。결론호리조시적락실도위급유효적호리배합화대제고응용교련식활동협판적슬골성관절염환자료효급생활질량유중요적의의。
Objective: to study the hinged activities early or middle single room splint treatment narrow knee osteoarthritis health ef ect evaluation of teaching. Methods:from function exercise, mental, diet, and complications of 26 cases of application hinged activities of the plywood knee osteoarthritis patients for health mission. Results:in health care in the process of teaching and observation, patients know wearing method and nursing key points, no complications, clinical with satisfactory ef ect. The treatment after a period of treatment evaluation curative ef ect, optimal 14 cases "good" in 9 cases, can be in 2 cases, the dif erence in 1, and the total ef ective rate was 96%. Conclusion: the implementation of the nursing measures and ef ective care coordination and to improve the application hinged activities of the plywood knee osteoarthritis patients curative ef ect and the quality of life have important significance.
