为了探讨四氧嘧啶（alloxan）制作糖尿病小鼠模型雌雄不同性别造模病死率的差异。本实验采用四氧嘧啶200mg/kg的剂量一次性尾部静脉注射建立糖尿病小鼠模型，观察造模成功率及病死率的性别差异。实验结果显示小鼠性别对造模有一定的影响。四氧嘧啶致糖尿病雄性小鼠病死率高于雌性小鼠（P＜0.05），故用雌性小鼠造四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型病死率更低。
위료탐토사양밀정（alloxan）제작당뇨병소서모형자웅불동성별조모병사솔적차이。본실험채용사양밀정200mg/kg적제량일차성미부정맥주사건립당뇨병소서모형，관찰조모성공솔급병사솔적성별차이。실험결과현시소서성별대조모유일정적영향。사양밀정치당뇨병웅성소서병사솔고우자성소서（P＜0.05），고용자성소서조사양밀정당뇨병소서모형병사솔경저。
To study this paper argues the inlfuence of alloxan-induced male and female diabetes mice model mortality. Using alloxan 200 mg/kg dose one-time tail injection to establish diabetic mice model, fast can't help water for 72 hours and observing success rate and mortality of manufactured model in mice. Showed that gender on mice have certain effect to manufactured model. Alloxan causes that the mortality of male diabetes mice is higher than female diabetes mice(P<0.05).So the alloxan-induced female diabetes mice have lower mortality than the counterpart .
