目的：探讨MIPO技术治疗老年胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法将40例胫骨平台骨折老年患者随机分为两组，观察组20例，采用MIPO治疗；对照组20例，采用传统切开复位内固定治疗，比较两组手术时间、出血量、临床骨折愈合时间及膝关节HSS评分。结果MIPO在手术时间、出血量、临床骨折愈合时间和切开复位内固定组相比有统计学意义，并且在膝关节HSS评分上优于切开复位内固定组。结论MIPO技术治疗老年性骨平台骨折具有创伤小、操作安全、复位好、恢复快、有利于骨折端愈合等优点。
목적：탐토MIPO기술치료노년경골평태골절적료효。방법장40례경골평태골절노년환자수궤분위량조，관찰조20례，채용MIPO치료；대조조20례，채용전통절개복위내고정치료，비교량조수술시간、출혈량、림상골절유합시간급슬관절HSS평분。결과MIPO재수술시간、출혈량、림상골절유합시간화절개복위내고정조상비유통계학의의，병차재슬관절HSS평분상우우절개복위내고정조。결론MIPO기술치료노년성골평태골절구유창상소、조작안전、복위호、회복쾌、유리우골절단유합등우점。
Objective To dicuss MIPO technical in treating the efifcacy of senile tibial plateau fractures.Method 20 cases of senile tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases of the observation group with adopting MIPO treatment and 20 cases of the control group with traditional open reduction.we compare some index such as operative time, blood loss, clinical fracture healing time and HSS score. Result MIPO had a statistically signiifcant in operative time, blood loss, clinical fracture healing time compared with open internal ifxation group and the HSS score was better than the open internal ifxation group. Conclusion MIPO technical in treating senile bone plateau fractures had some adventage such as minimally invasive, safe operation, quick recovery, the healing of the fracture, etc.
