目的：观察和胃降浊中药治疗冠心病的临床疗效，并作出评价。方法100例冠心病患者随机分为对照组（50例）和治疗组（50例），对照组行西医常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加和胃降浊中药，两组疗程均为4周。结果在心绞痛症状改善方面，治疗组总有效率94%优于对照组的76%；在心电图改善方面，治疗组总有效率82%优于对照组的64%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论和胃降浊中药治疗冠心病疗效显著，值得临床推广应用和进一步研究。
목적：관찰화위강탁중약치료관심병적림상료효，병작출평개。방법100례관심병환자수궤분위대조조（50례）화치료조（50례），대조조행서의상규치료，관찰조재차기출상가화위강탁중약，량조료정균위4주。결과재심교통증상개선방면，치료조총유효솔94%우우대조조적76%；재심전도개선방면，치료조총유효솔82%우우대조조적64%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론화위강탁중약치료관심병료효현저，치득림상추엄응용화진일보연구。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hewei Jiangzhuo Chinese herbal medicine for patients of coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group (50 cases)and treatment group(50 cases), the control group received routine western medicine, the treatment group received Hewei Jiangzhuo Chinese herbal medicine combined with routine western medicine.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results In terms of angina symptoms improvement, the total effective rate in the treatment group(94%)was superior to that in control group(76%). In terms of electrocardiogram improvement, the total effective rate in the treatment group(82%)was superior to that in control group(64%), The difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hewei Jiangzhuo Chinese herbal medicine had a good effect for patients of coronary heart disease, this is worth further application and research.
