目的：探讨日舒安洗液护理新生儿红臀的疗效。方法将48例红臀新生儿患者随机分为两组，对照组20例给予勤换尿布、洗浴常规护理；治疗组28例给予日舒安洗液坐浴，每天2次，每次10min，对比两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率92.9%，明显高于对照组60.0%（P＜0.01），差异有统计学意义。结论日舒安洗液对新生儿红臀有良好的效果，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토일서안세액호리신생인홍둔적료효。방법장48례홍둔신생인환자수궤분위량조，대조조20례급여근환뇨포、세욕상규호리；치료조28례급여일서안세액좌욕，매천2차，매차10min，대비량조료효。결과치료조유효솔92.9%，명현고우대조조60.0%（P＜0.01），차이유통계학의의。결론일서안세액대신생인홍둔유량호적효과，치득추엄응용。
Objective In order to explore the effects of Rishuan lotion in the treatment of red hip of newborns. Methods 48 cases of red hip of newborns as experimental subject. All the newborns were divided into two groups: Rishuan lotion of the experiment group and routine therapy group. Results Through different therapy,the ratio of effective in experiment group (92.9%) was higher than that in the control group (60.0%) (P<0.01). Conclusion Adopting Rishuan lotion as the therapeutic drug is better than routine nursery care in the treatment of red hip of newborns.
