目的：探讨提高病案信息利用率的措施，加强病案信息质量管理。方法选取我院在2012年5月至2013年6月在加强病案信息质量管理前后病案信息的利用情况进行比较，并对采取的一些措施进行分析。结果加强病案信息质量管理后病案信息的利用效率明显提高，与之前相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论病案质量是最基础的医疗质量，通过加强病案信息质量管理可以有效提高其信息利用率。
목적：탐토제고병안신식이용솔적조시，가강병안신식질량관리。방법선취아원재2012년5월지2013년6월재가강병안신식질량관리전후병안신식적이용정황진행비교，병대채취적일사조시진행분석。결과가강병안신식질량관리후병안신식적이용효솔명현제고，여지전상비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론병안질량시최기출적의료질량，통과가강병안신식질량관리가이유효제고기신식이용솔。
Objective Explore measures to improve the utilization ratio of medical record information, to improve the quality of medical record information management. Methods Select our hospital in May 2012 - June 2013 in strengthening quality of medical record information management of medical record information utilization before and after comparison, and analyzes some measures. Results Improved signiifcantly compared with before the difference, After medical record information to enhance the quality of medical record information management efficiency , has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Medical record quality is the most basic medical quality, by strengthening quality of medical record information management can effectively improve the utilization rate of its information.
