从中医药阴阳的概念出发，导出了土家医阳主阴从的唯阳论的基本内容，研究了土家医唯阳论在生理与病理上的表现，介绍了土家医对阳病的分类，总结了土家医治疗不同阳病的方法与药物。认为唯阳论在土家医药理论体系中具有主导的意义。
從中醫藥陰暘的概唸齣髮，導齣瞭土傢醫暘主陰從的唯暘論的基本內容，研究瞭土傢醫唯暘論在生理與病理上的錶現，介紹瞭土傢醫對暘病的分類，總結瞭土傢醫治療不同暘病的方法與藥物。認為唯暘論在土傢醫藥理論體繫中具有主導的意義。
종중의약음양적개념출발，도출료토가의양주음종적유양론적기본내용，연구료토가의유양론재생리여병리상적표현，개소료토가의대양병적분류，총결료토가의치료불동양병적방법여약물。인위유양론재토가의약이론체계중구유주도적의의。
The Yang-centered Tujia Medicine that the Yin is subordinate to the Yang is extended from the concept of Ying and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine .The paper analyzed different manifestations of physiology and pathology according to the theory of the Yang-cengtered Tujia Medicine ,classified the diseases caused by the disorder of Yang in Tujia Medicine and generalized related treating methods and medicinal materials for different diseases caused by the disorder of Yang in Tujia Medicine.To conclude, the Yang theory has occupied a dominant role in the theoreticl system of Tujia Medicine .
