目的：观察急性心力衰竭患者急诊抢救的综合治疗措施及其疗效、安全性。方法对78例急性心力衰竭患者给予端坐位、双腿下垂、吸氧、镇静、快速利尿、血管扩张、强心等综合性抢救措施，同时对抢救效果、生命体征变化等进行观察与数据分析。结果78例患者经抢救治疗后其中72例症状好转，呼吸困难减轻，两肺啰音减少或消失，抢救成功率达92.31%。结论对于急性心力衰竭的抢救应及时并且要给予综合性治疗措施方能提高疗效、降低死亡率。
目的：觀察急性心力衰竭患者急診搶救的綜閤治療措施及其療效、安全性。方法對78例急性心力衰竭患者給予耑坐位、雙腿下垂、吸氧、鎮靜、快速利尿、血管擴張、彊心等綜閤性搶救措施，同時對搶救效果、生命體徵變化等進行觀察與數據分析。結果78例患者經搶救治療後其中72例癥狀好轉，呼吸睏難減輕，兩肺啰音減少或消失，搶救成功率達92.31%。結論對于急性心力衰竭的搶救應及時併且要給予綜閤性治療措施方能提高療效、降低死亡率。
목적：관찰급성심력쇠갈환자급진창구적종합치료조시급기료효、안전성。방법대78례급성심력쇠갈환자급여단좌위、쌍퇴하수、흡양、진정、쾌속이뇨、혈관확장、강심등종합성창구조시，동시대창구효과、생명체정변화등진행관찰여수거분석。결과78례환자경창구치료후기중72례증상호전，호흡곤난감경，량폐라음감소혹소실，창구성공솔체92.31%。결론대우급성심력쇠갈적창구응급시병차요급여종합성치료조시방능제고료효、강저사망솔。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of comprehesive treatment in patients with acute heart failure in emergency rescue. Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute heart failure were treated with sitting up, legs dangling, oxygen inhalation, sabation, rapid diuresis, vasodilator, positive inotropic drugs and comprehensive rescue measures. The rescue effect, changes of vital signs were observed at the same time. Results Out of 78 patients, 72 cases’condition were improved gradually with dyspnea decreased and bilateral pulmonary rales decreased or disappeared, the success rate is up to 92.31%. Conclusion The rescue of acute heart failure should be promptly initiated and a comprehensive treatment should be provided to improve the curative effect and reduce mortality.
