中国社会主义新农村建设已经整整实施了六年，经过这六年的建设农村面貌发生了深刻变化，特别是农村教育有了巨大改观。但是，与新时期发展目标相比，农村教育方面仍然还存在不少差距，还有许多问题值得深入思考和研究。以云南省曲靖市会泽县为例，针对当地新农村建设中农村教育财政支持方面的一些主要问题进行总结，并对这些问题做出分析研究，同时提出自己的一些意见和建议。

It has been five years since the socialist new rural construction was carried out.Over the past five years of the construction ,the country has brought about huge changes.Especially there is tremendous change in rural education.However ,it still has some gaps between the rural educations with the development goals of new period.We have to think deeply and study further some questions about rural education.Taking Huize County in Yunnan Province as an example,this thesis elaborates some major problems of financial support for education in the new rural construction.Then the author makes a study of these problems with the relevant professional knowledge ,and puts forward some views and suggestions about the financial support for rural education.
