目前高校毕业生面临的就业压力比较大，就业市场对毕业生的要求和毕业生自身的素质之间存在缺口。部分学生在就业过程中缺乏就业技巧，缺乏对自我的认知，缺少团队协作意识，严重影响了大学生就业质量。体验式培训通过将学生放在真实或者模拟的环境中予以训练和培养，使其获得知识、技能和态度，并将所获得的认知用于就业实践中。体验式培训能够在大学生就业指导中提供很大的帮助，值得我们去探索。

Currently, university graduates are facing great pres-sure on employment, and a conflict exist between the demands of the employment market for graduates and the lack of graduates' personal qualities.
