目的：探讨彩色B超在瘢痕子宫妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法采取回顾性方法对60例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者应用彩色B超诊断的结果和手术病理检查资料进行分析。结果本组的60例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者均证实。其中，经阴道超声检查确诊58例，2例误诊，诊断符合率为96.7%；经腹部超声检查确诊52例，8例误诊，诊断符合率为86.7%。经阴道超声检查符合率与经腹部超声检查符合率比较具有明显的差异（χ2=7.27，P＜0.05）。结论对于瘢痕子宫妊娠患者应用经阴道彩色B超诊断具有较好的诊断效果，且操作也比较简单，属于无创检查，值得临床中应用与推广。
목적：탐토채색B초재반흔자궁임신진단중적응용효과。방법채취회고성방법대60례반흔자궁임신환자응용채색B초진단적결과화수술병리검사자료진행분석。결과본조적60례반흔자궁임신환자균증실。기중，경음도초성검사학진58례，2례오진，진단부합솔위96.7%；경복부초성검사학진52례，8례오진，진단부합솔위86.7%。경음도초성검사부합솔여경복부초성검사부합솔비교구유명현적차이（χ2=7.27，P＜0.05）。결론대우반흔자궁임신환자응용경음도채색B초진단구유교호적진단효과，차조작야비교간단，속우무창검사，치득림상중응용여추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of color B ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods The method of 60 patients by color B ultrasound diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy results and operation pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results This group of 60 cases of uterine scar pregnancy patients were confirmed. Among them, 58 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound, 2 cases of misdiagnosis, diagnostic coincidence rate was 96.7%;abdominal ultrasound diagnosed 52 cases, 8 cases of misdiagnosis, diagnostic accordance rate was 86.7%. Transvaginal ultrasound coincidence rate and abdominal ultrasonography accordance rate compared with significant difference (χ2=7.27,P<0.05),Conclusion For patients with uterine scar pregnancy by translational color B ultrasound diagnosis has better diagnosis effect, and the operation is simple, is noninvasive, worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
