我国传统文化中的阴阳理论，是研究阴阳的内涵及其运动变化规律，并用以阐述宇宙万象发生、发展和变化的，是古人认识宇宙本源、解释宇宙变化的一种世界观和方法论。本人借着粗浅的阴阳理念，结合医学院校的知识结构特点，将其用于“海洋科学导论”的教学活动中，用阴阳理论和整体观理解海洋科学，并结合人体规律认识海洋的相关知识，打破传统和固有的教学方法，突出医学院校讲授“海洋科学导论”的特色，独树一帜。该方法利于学生浅显地理解和读懂海洋知识，知道海洋环境保护的重要性，并掌握如何利用海洋、开发海洋、医人治病、解决人类自身的健康问题。

The theories of Yin-Yang in Chinese traditional cul-ture are to study the change law of Yin-Yang, and to illustrate the universe occurrence, development and change, which are a kind of world view and methodology to understand the origin of the u-niverse and to explain the changes of the universe in ancient times. According to the characteristics of medical universities, the Yin-Yang concept and human system are both used in the teaching activities of"Introduction to Marine Science"for under-standing the knowledge of marine science. This unique idea breaks the traditional teaching methods, and emphasizes the teaching characteristics of "Introduction Marine Science" in medical universities. This method can help students easily un-derstand marine knowledge, know the importance of the protec-tion of the marine environment, and understand how to use and explore the ocean, then solve the health problems of human be-ings.
