Young backbone teachers in colleges and universities are the backbone of college reform, building and development. Doing a better job in recruiting Party members among young col-lege teachers is considered one of the most important things. This article focuses on analyzing some key factors that influence the recruitment of young college teachers into the Party, and explores some ways and means to strengthen the development of Party members.
