As the structure security guarantees effective means, the cable-stayed bridge detection technology has been widely used in practical engineering. Several important methods of cable -stayed bridge detection technology are: the completed inspection, the displacement of cable tower, structural simulation calculation, etc., which have great influence for understanding the working condition. In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of detection of cable-stayed bridge and extend its application scope, the paper summarizes some practical experience, and puts forward some views, which provide reference for the related personnel, and provide the basis for further application of cable-stayed bridge detection technology.
