目的:探讨维生素K1注射液分别在5%葡萄糖、5%葡萄糖氯化钠输液中与酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸、卡络磺钠等3种临床常用药品配伍后,在避光与光照两种条件下的稳定性。方法观察维生素K1注射液分别在两种输液中与3种药品配伍后,室温下避光和光照6 h的外观性状并测定pH值,采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中维生素K1的含量。结果室温放置6 h,避光组溶液外观性状、pH值及维生素K1含量均无明显变化;光照组溶液的外观性状、pH值无明显变化,但维生素K1的含量明显下降。结论光照对各组配伍溶液维生素K1含量影响较大,在室温避光条件下,维生素K1注射液分别在以上两种输液中与3种药品配伍稳定性较好,在贮存、配制及临床使用中应加强避光管理。

목적:탐토유생소K1주사액분별재5%포도당、5%포도당록화납수액중여분광을알、안갑분산、잡락광납등3충림상상용약품배오후,재피광여광조량충조건하적은정성。방법관찰유생소K1주사액분별재량충수액중여3충약품배오후,실온하피광화광조6 h적외관성상병측정pH치,채용고효액상색보법측정배오액중유생소K1적함량。결과실온방치6 h,피광조용액외관성상、pH치급유생소K1함량균무명현변화;광조조용액적외관성상、pH치무명현변화,단유생소K1적함량명현하강。결론광조대각조배오용액유생소K1함량영향교대,재실온피광조건하,유생소K1주사액분별재이상량충수액중여3충약품배오은정성교호,재저존、배제급림상사용중응가강피광관리。
Objective To investigate the stability of vitamin K1 in the compatibility of 5%glucose,5%glucose and sodium chloride injection with three kinds of drugs commonly used in clinic,i.e.etamsylate,aminomethylbenzoic acid,carbazochrome sodium sulfonate under two conditions of dark and and illumination.Methods The changes in pH value and external properties of the compatible solutions under il-lumination or away from light circumstance were observed within 6 hours at ambient temperature,and the contents of vitamin K1 were deter-mined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method.Results Within 6 hours at ambient temperature,external properties,pH value and content of vitamin K1 had no obvious changes in the avoid light processing solution;however,the amount of vitamin K1 decreased significantly in the illumination group.Conclusion In dark conditions,vitamin K1 injection in two kinds of transfusion compatibility with three kinds of drugs has better stability,so avoiding light management should be strengthened in the process of storage,preparation and clini-cal use of vitamin K1 .
