背景 顽固性心绞痛(refractory angina pectoris,RAP)发病率逐年增多,临床上多种治疗方法效果不理想,脊髓电刺激(spinal cord stimulation,SCS)治疗RAP报道较多,并取得较显著疗效. 目的 综述SCS治疗RAP的临床应用现状,以增加对该技术的认识和理解,促进其临床应用. 内容 叙述SCS用于治疗RAP的发展简史、电极植入及刺激方法,介绍其可能的治疗机制、适应证和禁忌证,对其存在争议进行客观论述分析. 趋向 SCS用于治疗RAP是一种安全有效的辅助疗法,应进行大样本研究探讨其机制,使其更安全并进一步规范化,更适合临床应用.

Background The incidence of patients with refractory angina pectoris(RAP) has increased,but various clinical treatment effect is not ideal,spinal cord electrical stimulation (SCS) in the treatment of RAP more reports and achieved remarkable curative effect.Objective To review the status of clinical application of SCS in the treatment of RAP in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the technology,promote its clinical application.Content To narrate the brief history of the development about the SCS for the treatment of RAP,electrode implantation and stimulation methods,introduce its possible therapeutic mechanism,indications and contraindications,objectively discusses analysis of the existing dispute.Trend SCS in the treatment of RAP is a safe and effective method,should be a large sample study to investigate its mechanism,make it safer and more suitable for clinical application.
