抗菌肽广泛存在于生物体内,具有理化性质稳定、广谱高效杀菌活性、不易产生耐药性以及在外界理化和生物因素诱导刺激下可增加其合成等特点。因此,抗菌肽具有广阔的开发应用前景,已成为国内外免疫学和分子生物学研究的热点。本文就动物抗菌肽的诱导方法、水产动物中诱导抗菌肽的研究实例进行了综述,并介绍了抗菌肽的应用前景与面临的问题。
抗菌肽廣汎存在于生物體內,具有理化性質穩定、廣譜高效殺菌活性、不易產生耐藥性以及在外界理化和生物因素誘導刺激下可增加其閤成等特點。因此,抗菌肽具有廣闊的開髮應用前景,已成為國內外免疫學和分子生物學研究的熱點。本文就動物抗菌肽的誘導方法、水產動物中誘導抗菌肽的研究實例進行瞭綜述,併介紹瞭抗菌肽的應用前景與麵臨的問題。

Antibacterial peptides exist widely in the organisms, which have some characteristics, such as stable physical and chemical properties, broad spectrum bactericidal activity and synthesis of the peptides in organisms can be increased by physical, chemical and biological factors. Because the bacteria are of little resistance to antibacterial peptides, antibacterial peptides show a good application prospect and have become a research focus in immunology and molecular biology. In this paper, induction methods of antibacterial peptides and the studies on aquatic animals are summarized, and the application prospect and the problems are also introduced.
