There is a long history of eggs and egg products developments in China. China is the biggest quantities of egg products. Altough the everage people consume egg has excessed the level of world , The processing of eggs is really behind the developed countries.We need to know about its development situation and find the problems. This paper is mainly analysis these problems . There are several viewpoints of how to develop eggs and egg products.
