基于GB 150-2011设计的核电厂CRDM试验台架用冷却器在设计寿命期间将承受压力和温度的循环载荷，需考虑其发生疲劳失效的可能性。应用ANSYS有限元软件建立冷却器的局部三维有限元模型，根据设计瞬态的特点对其进行合并与分组，在最大峰值应力强度所在区域设置评定截面，并根据JB/T 4732-1995附录C的相关规定进行疲劳分析和评定，为保证冷却器在设计寿命内的结构完整性提供依据，也为其他设备在类似瞬态工况下的疲劳分析提供借鉴。

The Condenser ,designed based on GB 150-2011 and used in CRDM testing device for nuclear power plant ,would undergo cyclic pressure and thermal loads during its design life ,therefore ,it′s necessa-ry to consider the possibility of condenser′s fatigue failure .It established the local 3 D finite element model for the condenser with the ANSYS FEA software ,incorporated and grouped various of design transient ,set evaluation sections in the area where the maximum peak stress intensities were located ,completed fatigue analyses and assessment in accordance with appendix C of JB /T 4732-1995 .It provides the technical basis on the structural integrity of the condenser during its design life .The methodology can be used as a reference for the fatigue analyses of other equipments with similar design transients .
