目的:探讨交感神经对拔牙窝骨愈合中新骨形成与改建过程的调节作用。方法 SD大鼠50只,利用颈上神经节切除术建立单侧失交感神经支配大鼠模型,按术后5个时间点(1,3,7,14,21 d)分为5组(n=10),并通过H-E染色技术检测术后各时间点拔牙窝的新生骨量以及新骨组成。结果颈上神经节切除术可促进拔牙窝新骨形成,实验组新骨形成明显高于对照组;且颈上神经节切除术亦可促进新骨改建与成熟,实验组编织骨及板层骨在多个时间点大于对照组。结论交感神经在拔牙窝骨愈合期间具有重要的调节作用,失交感神经支配可以促进拔牙窝新骨的形成与骨改建。

목적:탐토교감신경대발아와골유합중신골형성여개건과정적조절작용。방법 SD대서50지,이용경상신경절절제술건립단측실교감신경지배대서모형,안술후5개시간점(1,3,7,14,21 d)분위5조(n=10),병통과H-E염색기술검측술후각시간점발아와적신생골량이급신골조성。결과경상신경절절제술가촉진발아와신골형성,실험조신골형성명현고우대조조;차경상신경절절제술역가촉진신골개건여성숙,실험조편직골급판층골재다개시간점대우대조조。결론교감신경재발아와골유합기간구유중요적조절작용,실교감신경지배가이촉진발아와신골적형성여골개건。
Objective To investigate the regular role of sympathetic nerve on bone formation and remodeling during the period of extraction socket healing . Methods Sympathetic denervation model was established by modified unilateral superior cervical ganglionectomy (SCGx) in Sprague-Dawley rats . The neonatal bone mass and composition of new bone in the extraction socket were evaluated by hematoxylin-e-osin staining at 1 ,3 ,7 ,14 and 21 days after surgery . Result Compared with the control group ,the new bone formation (at 3 ,7 and 14 days) ,woven bone mass (at 3 days) and lamellar bone formation (at 7 ,14 and 21 days) was significantly higher in the SCGx group (all P<0 .05) . Conclusion Sympathetic nerve plays an important regular role in the period of extraction socket healing ,and sympathetic denervation pro-motes the new bone formation and bone remodeling .
