免费师范生本科后结合本职工作攻读教育硕士具有国家政策扶持、培养规模加大、入学方式特殊、培养模式独特等特点。新型教育硕士学习具有学员需求多样化、学习时间分散性、学习资源不确定性等特点。在此基础上提出了基于个人自主的学习模式、基于学习共同体的学习模式、基于远程指导的学习模式等多元立体的学习模式,希望有助于探索出一套培养教育硕士学习能力的基本途径。

Our government has issued some preferential policies to make it possible for more in-service free normal graduates to earn a master's degree of education . Moreover , the admission system and training plan for these postgraduates are quite different from the others '. These new-typed post-graduates have some unique characteristics in learning : varied needs of knowledge , scattered learning time , flexible learning resources , etc . Based on the above phenomena , this thesis puts forward auton -omy-based learning mode , mutual assistance learning mode , distance instruction learning mode , and some other diversified and stereoscopic learning modes , with the purpose of promoting the exploration of a basic way to improve the learning ability of masters of education .
