介绍了独角莲的化学成分和药理作用。分析并整理大量文献资料,系统的介绍目前关于独角莲的研究,发现其主要化学成分为苷类化合物、有机酸、氨基酸、微量元素、甾体类化合物和挥发油,主要药理作用为免疫调节、抗炎、抗肿瘤等,但其有效成分及相应的作用机制尚不明确。为更好的开发和利用独角莲提供科学依据。
介紹瞭獨角蓮的化學成分和藥理作用。分析併整理大量文獻資料,繫統的介紹目前關于獨角蓮的研究,髮現其主要化學成分為苷類化閤物、有機痠、氨基痠、微量元素、甾體類化閤物和揮髮油,主要藥理作用為免疫調節、抗炎、抗腫瘤等,但其有效成分及相應的作用機製尚不明確。為更好的開髮和利用獨角蓮提供科學依據。
개소료독각련적화학성분화약리작용。분석병정리대량문헌자료,계통적개소목전관우독각련적연구,발현기주요화학성분위감류화합물、유궤산、안기산、미량원소、치체류화합물화휘발유,주요약리작용위면역조절、항염、항종류등,단기유효성분급상응적작용궤제상불명학。위경호적개발화이용독각련제공과학의거。
The chemical components and pharmacological effects of Typhonium giganteum were described in this paper .Through analyzing and organizing of a lot of literature the cur-rent researches about it were introduced systematically .It was found that the main chemical constituents were nucleoside compounds , organic acids, amino acids, trace elements, non-steroidal compound and volatile oil , and the main pharmacological effects were immune regu-lation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and so on.It was concluded that scientific basis was offered in this paper to make further research on Typhonium giganteum .
