本科院校体育课程目标属性的含义，在于对本科学校的内部体育课程体制设立并发展的同时，在发展系统中形成分配机制最为精简、优化的发展方案，并以此方案为发展的整体框架，对教学活动的实践进行规范。本文通过对本科学校体育课程的社会责任进行论述，分析了体育课程的教育目标，为科学合理地设置本科院校体育课程并突出课程特色提供科学的理论支持，总结出普通高校体育教育专业人才培养策略。

The connotation of the properties of sports curriculum objectives in undergraduate universities is to establish and devel-op the internal sports curriculum system in undergraduate uni-versities, to form the development scheme with the most simpli-fied and optimized distribution system in the development system, and with the scheme as the general framework of development, to standardize the practice in teaching activities. Through elaborat-ing the social responsibilities of sports curriculum in undergrad-uate universities, this paper analyzed the education objectives of sports curriculum, thus providing theoretical support for the sci-entific and rational setting of sports courses in undergraduate u-niversities and the highlighting of curriculum features, and finally concluded strategies of professional talent cultivation in sports e-ducation major of regular colleges and universities.
