为贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会提出的“加强各级领导班子建设,完善干部教育培训和实践锻炼制度,不断提高领导班子和领导干部推动改革能力”的要求,就必须提高干部教育培训质量、大胆创新教育培训的方式。现场教学作为一种新的教学方式,它是以学员已有的知识经验、工作经历和社会阅历为实践基础,通过现场参观学习、感悟体验、研讨交流,实现由感性认识上升到理性认识的飞跃,达到提高学员能力、增长才干的教学目的。要想提高现场教学的效果,特别要注重基地建设、讲义编写、组织参观、交流提升和效果评估这五个环节的开发和教学组织与管理。
為貫徹落實黨的十八屆三中全會提齣的“加彊各級領導班子建設,完善榦部教育培訓和實踐鍛煉製度,不斷提高領導班子和領導榦部推動改革能力”的要求,就必鬚提高榦部教育培訓質量、大膽創新教育培訓的方式。現場教學作為一種新的教學方式,它是以學員已有的知識經驗、工作經歷和社會閱歷為實踐基礎,通過現場參觀學習、感悟體驗、研討交流,實現由感性認識上升到理性認識的飛躍,達到提高學員能力、增長纔榦的教學目的。要想提高現場教學的效果,特彆要註重基地建設、講義編寫、組織參觀、交流提升和效果評估這五箇環節的開髮和教學組織與管理。

In order to implement the requirement proposed by the Third Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee that"en-hancing the construction of leading groups at all levels, perfecting cadre education and practice system and continuously improving the ability of cadres to impel reforms", the quality of cadre edu-cation and training should be improved and the ways of education and training should be boldly innovated. On-the-spot teaching, as a new teaching style, is based on the knowledge experience, working experience and social experience which the students al-ready possess, and its teaching aim of improving the students' a-bilities and enhancing their talents are achieved by on-the-spot visit and study, experience, discussion and exchanges, which help realizing the leap from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge. In order to improve the effects of on-the-spot teach-ing, the development and teaching organization and management of the following five links should be attached to particular impor-tance, namely, base construction, lecture note compilation, visit organization, exchanges and improvement, and effect assessment.
