Outpatient Prescription%Analysis of Prescription%Rational Drug Use
目的：了解门诊处方的合理性，提高我院合理用药水平。方法：抽取2012年7月-2013年6月门诊处方2880张进行点评、统计和分析。结果：在抽查的2880张处方中，不合格处方266张（9.22%），其中书写不规范处方125张（46.99%）；不合理用药处方141张（53.01%），主要表现在用法用量不合理、药物选择不合理、联合用药不合理、溶媒选择不合理等。结论：我院门诊处方用药基本合理，但仍存在一些问题，应建立健全处方管理制度并严格遵照执行，提高处方质量，保证患者用药安全。

목적：료해문진처방적합이성，제고아원합리용약수평。방법：추취2012년7월-2013년6월문진처방2880장진행점평、통계화분석。결과：재추사적2880장처방중，불합격처방266장（9.22%），기중서사불규범처방125장（46.99%）；불합리용약처방141장（53.01%），주요표현재용법용량불합리、약물선택불합리、연합용약불합리、용매선택불합리등。결론：아원문진처방용약기본합리，단잉존재일사문제，응건립건전처방관리제도병엄격준조집행，제고처방질량，보증환자용약안전。
Objective:To study the rationality of the outpatient prescriptions so as to improve the level of rational drug use in our hospital. Methods:A total of 2 880 outpatient prescriptions sampled from Jul. 2012 to Jun. 2013 were reviewed and analyzed. Results:Among the selected prescriptions 266 (9.22%) were unqualified, including 125 (46.99%) prescriptions of inappropriate writing and 141 (53.01%)prescriptions with the problems of improper drug use such as the incorrect medication and the unreasonable drug dosage,improper selection of medicine or dissolvent, and the irrational combination use of drugs. Conclusion:The medication in outpatient of our hospital was rational on the whole but some problems still existed. It is necessary to establish and improve the sound management system of prescription which should be carried out strictly so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and ensure the safety medication in patients.
