目的:优化牡丹皮药材在六味地黄丸中的生产工艺。方法:牡丹皮采用单独粉碎,通过控制粉碎的时间达到控制温度的目的。结果:牡丹皮粉碎温度控制在50℃左右,粉碎时间缩短至1 h。结论:该方法合理可行,提高了牡丹皮中丹皮酚的转移率。

Objective: To optimize the process of cortex moutan in the production of liuweidihuang pills . Meth-ods: Cortex moutan was smashed separately , and by means of control of grinding time the purpose of controlling temperature was reached . Results: The grinding temperature was at about 50 ℃ and grinding time was shortened to 1h . Conclusion: The improved process was reasonable and feasible , and the transfer rate of paeonol in cortex moutan was increased .
