目的：探讨我院临床药师在抗菌药物综合干预管理中的作用及效果。方法：随机抽取我院2011年1-6月及2012年1-6月出院患者病历各500份进行回顾性调查，对前后两个时间段抗菌药物的使用情况作对比性分析。结果：经过临床药师的介入和综合性干预，抗菌药物的使用率、使用强度、抗菌药费用、预防性用药的比率等较干预前均有明显下降（P <0.01），抗菌药物使用合理性逐步提高。结论：临床药师在促进抗菌药物的合理应用中发挥了重要作用。
목적：탐토아원림상약사재항균약물종합간예관리중적작용급효과。방법：수궤추취아원2011년1-6월급2012년1-6월출원환자병력각500빈진행회고성조사，대전후량개시간단항균약물적사용정황작대비성분석。결과：경과림상약사적개입화종합성간예，항균약물적사용솔、사용강도、항균약비용、예방성용약적비솔등교간예전균유명현하강（P <0.01），항균약물사용합이성축보제고。결론：림상약사재촉진항균약물적합리응용중발휘료중요작용。
Objective:To explore the function and effects of clinical pharmacist in the comprehensive intervention management of clinical application of antibacterial drugs. Methods: About 1 000 clinical data of the patients discharged from hospital during Jan. - Jun. of 2011 and 2012 was sampled randomly for a retrospective survey. The comparative analysis was made on the use of antibacterial agents during the two stages. Results: Through the participation and comprehensive intervention by clinical pharmacist, the rate of utilization, consumption cost and ratio of preventive use of antibacterials decreased significantly (P<0. 01) compared with those of before intervention. The rationality of the use of antibacterials was improved. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists have played an important role in the promotion of rational use of antibacterials .
