目的探讨中医访视护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者中应用的效果.方法对我院风湿免疫科住院的80例系统性红斑狼疮患者按出院单双日随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.两组患者均于出院前3d由责任护士进行常规出院指导、狼疮活动指数评估,指导患者填写生活质量简表,并互留联系电话.观察组在此基础上实施中医访视护理.1年后比较两组患者狼疮活动度、遵医行为、复发率、生活质量变化情况.结果两组患者狼疮活动指数、遵医行为、复发率、生活质量比较差异均有统计学意义(P ＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论中医访视护理能明显提高系统性红斑狼疮患者的遵医行为,对巩固疗效、降低狼疮活动度、减少复发、提高生存质量有重要意义.

Objective To explore the effects of TCM visit nursing on SLE patients.Methods A total of 80 SLE patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the date (odd or even) when they discharged from hospital.There were 40 cases in each group.3 days before they discharged,all the patients adopted routine discharge guidance,SLE disease activity index assessment,they were all required to fill the scale about living quality and leave their phone number.The observation group received TCM visit nursing.Two groups were compared in SLE disease activity index,treatment compliance,recurrent rate and life quality.Results There were significant difference in SLE disease activity index,treatment compliance,recurrent rate and life quality between two groups.Conclusions TCM visit nursing can obviously improve treatment compliance,consolidate curative effect,reduce SLE disease activity index,decrease recurrent rate and improve the life quality.
