将不同含量的聚羧酸减水剂改性聚合物无机基复合材料涂覆至打磨光滑的马口铁板上制成样板,分别对样板进行常温养护、紫外老化和盐水浸泡等试验,测试其附着力等级、耐冲击性能和抗弯折性能,结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂改性聚合物无机基复合材料在各腐蚀试验下力学性能均有不同幅度的改善,且减水剂添加量在0.9%~1.2%的范围内减水效果最好,所得材料的性能也最优。
將不同含量的聚羧痠減水劑改性聚閤物無機基複閤材料塗覆至打磨光滑的馬口鐵闆上製成樣闆,分彆對樣闆進行常溫養護、紫外老化和鹽水浸泡等試驗,測試其附著力等級、耐遲擊性能和抗彎摺性能,結果錶明:聚羧痠減水劑改性聚閤物無機基複閤材料在各腐蝕試驗下力學性能均有不同幅度的改善,且減水劑添加量在0.9%~1.2%的範圍內減水效果最好,所得材料的性能也最優。
장불동함량적취최산감수제개성취합물무궤기복합재료도복지타마광활적마구철판상제성양판,분별대양판진행상온양호、자외노화화염수침포등시험,측시기부착력등급、내충격성능화항만절성능,결과표명:취최산감수제개성취합물무궤기복합재료재각부식시험하역학성능균유불동폭도적개선,차감수제첨가량재0.9%~1.2%적범위내감수효과최호,소득재료적성능야최우。
Polymeric inorganic - based composite improved by polycarboxylate water - reducer by different ratio were painted on polishing smooth tin plate with texting their adhesive force degree, shocking - resistance and bending- resistance under the experiments of normal temperature conservation, ultraviolet ray aging and saline soak. The ex-periment results showed that the mechanic properties of this material under all corrosion experiments were developed in different range. When additional amount of polycarboxylate water - reducer was about 0. 9% ~ 1. 2% , the composite gave the best effect of decreasing water and marvelous mechanical properties.
