目的：快速准确鉴别保健品中是否非法添加枸橼酸西地那非。方法：用近红外特征谱段相关系数法快速鉴别保健品中非法添加枸橼酸西地那非。结果：近红外特征谱段相关系数法可以快速、准确鉴别保健品中非法添加枸橼酸西地那非，总体正确率达到94.4%。结论：该方法快速、简便、灵敏、结果准确，适用于现场监督检查时快速鉴别保健品中是否非法添加枸橼酸西地那非，值得在现场监督检查时推广应用。

Objective: To identify in a fast and accurate way if sildenafil citrate was illegally added in health care products . Methods: The feature correlation coefficient method of near infrared spectrum was used for the rapid identi-fication of health care products to find out if sildenafil citrate was illegally added . Results: The feature correlation co-efficient method of near infrared spectrum can be used for the identification in a fast and accurate way if sildenafil citrate was illegally added in health care products . The correction rate of identification was 94 . 4%. Conclusion: The method is rapid , simple , sensitive and accurate , it is suitable for an on-site supervision and rapid identification of health care products so as to find out if sildenafil citrate was illegally added . It is worthy of promotion and applicable for an on-site supervision and inspection .
