产科护理实习是护理教育中最后的临床教学阶段,是护理技能培养的重要组成部分。随着我国医学教育的不断发展,传统的带教管理模式已经不太适应现阶段临床教学的发展,针对护理实习生在临床实习时出现的问题,如何提高护生的岗位适应能力、实际操作能力和继续学习能力,使其具备进一步发展的潜力,提出和采取相应的带教对策,取得良好的带教和实习效果。

Obstetric nursing practice is the final stage of clinical teaching in nursing education, is an important part of nursing skil s training. With the continuous development of medical education in our country, education management mode has not adapted to the development of clinical teaching at the present stage, with the traditional nursing students in clinical practice, aiming at the problems, how to improve the students ability to adapt to the post, the actual operation ability and learning ability, enable it to have the potential for further development, put forward and take with the corresponding teaching strategies, to achieve good teaching and practice result.
