采用筛选的12个种间特异性微卫星标记分析了斑鳜、鳜鱼以及斑鳜(♀)×鳜鱼(♂)杂交一代、杂交二代群体遗传特征。试验结果表明,斑鳜群体有效等位基因数为2.917、观测杂合度为0.440、多态信息含量为0.450,均高于鳜鱼群体(有效等位基因数2.167,观测杂合度0.310,多态信息含量0.388),斑鳜群体遗传多态性高于鳜鱼群体;杂交一代、杂交二代群体的遗传杂合性高于斑鳜与鳜鱼。杂交一代在各位点上均表现为杂合型,是真实二倍体杂种,杂交一代与斑鳜间的遗传距离(0.3446)大于鳜鱼(0.2401),遗传表现上偏向鳜鱼。杂交二代群体与杂交一代间遗传距离最小,在10个特异性位点中观察有遗传分离现象。研究结果可为鳜鱼杂种鉴定、杂交育种提供分子基础资料。

The genetic characteristics of spotted mandarinfish Siniperca scherzeri ♀ × mandarinfish S .chuatsi ♂hybrids F1 , and F2 were analysed by 12 selected species-specific microsatellite markers . The results showed that there wer effective number of alleles (Na) of 2 .917 ,observed heterozygosity (Ho) of 0 .440 , and polymorphism information content ( PIC) of 0 .450 in spotted mandarinfish , higher than those in mandarinfish (Na=2 .167 ,Ho=0 .310 ,and PIC=0 .388) .The higher heterozygosity was observed in F1 and F2 than that in spotted mandarinfish and mandarinfish .Heterozygous genotypes at each locus were presented in F1 ,indicating that F1 is a true diploidy hybrid .The genetic distance between F1 and spotted mandarinfish (0 .3446) was larger than that in mandarinfish (0 .2401) ,and F1 was found to be inclined to mandarinfish in genetic phenotype .The minimal genetic distance was found between F2 and F1 ,and some genetic segregation were observed at 10 loci .These findings would provide some molecular data for genetic identification of hybrids and breeding of Siniperca species .
