目的：探究宫腹腔镜联合手术在女性不孕症诊治中的应用价值。方法：随机选取我院近年来收治的165例应用宫腹腔镜联合手术进行治疗且随访资料完整的不孕症患者作为研究对象。在研究中，对这165例患者的临床资料和随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果：①这165例患者均有明确的病因诊断。其中，病因为器质性病变的患者有140例，占84.8%(140/165)。②这165例患者的检查结果显示，患原发性不孕症的患者有71例，患继发不孕症的患者有94例。②在术后1-2年随访期间，有89例患者受孕，妊娠率为53.9%(89/165)。结论：宫腹腔镜联合手术可以对女性不孕症患者进行准确的诊断和治疗。
목적：탐구궁복강경연합수술재녀성불잉증진치중적응용개치。방법：수궤선취아원근년래수치적165례응용궁복강경연합수술진행치료차수방자료완정적불잉증환자작위연구대상。재연구중，대저165례환자적림상자료화수방자료진행회고성분석。결과：①저165례환자균유명학적병인진단。기중，병인위기질성병변적환자유140례，점84.8%(140/165)。②저165례환자적검사결과현시，환원발성불잉증적환자유71례，환계발불잉증적환자유94례。②재술후1-2년수방기간，유89례환자수잉，임신솔위53.9%(89/165)。결론：궁복강경연합수술가이대녀성불잉증환자진행준학적진단화치료。
Objective: Study of laparoscopy combined with Hysteroscopy surgery in the diagnosis and treatment value in female infertility. Methods: Randomly admitted to our Institute in recent years application of laparoscopy combined with Hysteroscopy in the treatment of 165 cases and follow-up data integrity of infertile women as research subjects. In the study, 165 patients with clinical information and follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: ① 165 patients have a clear diagnosis. Among them, the causes for 140 cases of organic disease patients, accounting for 84.8% (one hundred and forty-one hundred and sixty fifths). ② 165 patients test results showed that patients suffering from primary infertility with 71 cases, 94 cases of secondary infertility patients. ② 1-2 year follow-up after surgery, 89 patients were pregnant, pregnancy rate was 53.9%( Eighty nine-one hundred and sixty fifths). Conclusion: Laparoscopy combined with Hysteroscopy for accurate diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
