目的：探讨自我药物管理对社区精神分裂症康复患者的应用效果。方法在社区接受康复治疗的120例精神分裂症患者随机分为训练组（60例）和对照组（60例），对照组给予常规护理干预，在此基础上训练组按照《药物自我处置程式》进行分组训练。结果干预后训练组的服药依从、药物管理、症状管理与自我效能评分明显高于对照组，训练组的精神病量表评分明显低于对照组，对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论自我药物管理应用于社区精神分裂症患者能是可行、经济、安全有效的，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토자아약물관리대사구정신분렬증강복환자적응용효과。방법재사구접수강복치료적120례정신분렬증환자수궤분위훈련조（60례）화대조조（60례），대조조급여상규호리간예，재차기출상훈련조안조《약물자아처치정식》진행분조훈련。결과간예후훈련조적복약의종、약물관리、증상관리여자아효능평분명현고우대조조，훈련조적정신병량표평분명현저우대조조，대비차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론자아약물관리응용우사구정신분렬증환자능시가행、경제、안전유효적，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effects of self-administration of the drug in patients with community-based rehabilitation. Methods 120 patients with schizophrenia accorded to the order of admission were equally divided into the training group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases), the control group were received routine care interventions, on this basis, the training group were added the "self-medication disposal program". Results The medication compliance, medication management, symptom management and self-efficacy scores of the training group after the intervention were significantly higher, and the psychiatric rating scale scores of the training group were significantly lower than the control group that compared to significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-medication management of patients with schizophrenia were applied to communities was feasible, economical, safe and effective that should be widely applied.
