目的：探讨中西医护理干预对COPD患者焦虑及健康生活方式的影响。方法将120例COPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，分别采取常规护理和中西医结合护理干预，比较两组患者的心理状态和健康生活方式的变化。结果两组患者焦虑评分和健康生活方式评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论中西医护理干预能够有效改善COPD患者的焦虑情绪，促进患者采用健康的生活方式，从而提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토중서의호리간예대COPD환자초필급건강생활방식적영향。방법장120례COPD환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각60례，분별채취상규호리화중서의결합호리간예，비교량조환자적심리상태화건강생활방식적변화。결과량조환자초필평분화건강생활방식평분비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론중서의호리간예능구유효개선COPD환자적초필정서，촉진환자채용건강적생활방식，종이제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate the effect of anxiety in patients with COPD and healthy lifestyles in Western nursing intervention. Methods 120 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases were taken to routine care and integrative medicine nursing intervention, the patient's mental state were compared and healthy lifestyle changes. Results There were anxiety score and a healthy lifestyle score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can improve anxiety in patients with COPD, patients with promoting healthy lifestyles, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
