目的：探讨延续护理对颅内动脉瘤患者术后生存质量的影响。方法将28例颅内动脉瘤术后的患者随机分为两组，实验组进行延续护理，对照组给予常规护理，采取问卷调查的方法，评价两组患者出院1个月及出院12个月后的生存质量。结果两组患者在刚住院时生存质量无明显差异；出院1个月和12个月时与对照组比较，实验组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组；收缩压及舒张压、生存质量均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论延续护理可提高颅内动脉瘤患者术后的生存质量。
목적：탐토연속호리대로내동맥류환자술후생존질량적영향。방법장28례로내동맥류술후적환자수궤분위량조，실험조진행연속호리，대조조급여상규호리，채취문권조사적방법，평개량조환자출원1개월급출원12개월후적생존질량。결과량조환자재강주원시생존질량무명현차이；출원1개월화12개월시여대조조비교，실험조초필、억욱평분균저우대조조；수축압급서장압、생존질량균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론연속호리가제고로내동맥류환자술후적생존질량。
Objective To explore the influence of continue nursing care for the life quality in patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods 28 cases of intracranial aneurysm surgery patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, continue nursing will be implement-ed in the experimental group, and the control group will be given routine care. Then to evaluate the life quality of the two groups. Results Compared with controls group, anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group, the systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure, survival quality in the experiment group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continue nursing can improve the chance of postoperative survival in patients with intracranial aneurysms.
