目的：探讨综合护理干预对胃肠手术患者术后胃肠功能的恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法分析80例胃肠手术患者的临床资料，分观察组和对照组各40例，观察组患者采用综合护理干预措施，对照组采取常规护理措施，比较2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间以及首次排便时间等方面均显著少于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者对医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教及心理干预等满意度均显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论综合护理干预措施对胃肠术后患者具有十分显著的效果，可有效促进患者术后胃肠功能的恢复，提高患者对护理的满意度，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대위장수술환자술후위장공능적회복급호리만의도적영향。방법분석80례위장수술환자적림상자료，분관찰조화대조조각40례，관찰조환자채용종합호리간예조시，대조조채취상규호리조시，비교2조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조환자호리후적장명음회복시간、수차배기시간이급수차배편시간등방면균현저소우대조조환자，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자대의호태도、의호수평、건강선교급심리간예등만의도균현저고우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론종합호리간예조시대위장술후환자구유십분현저적효과，가유효촉진환자술후위장공능적회복，제고환자대호리적만의도，치득림상응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative gastrointestinal recovery and nursing satisfaction.Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were equally divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was conducted comprehensive nursing interventions,while the control group was given conventional nursing measures.Results After treatment,recovery time of borborygmus,the first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group which revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The satisfaction of attitude towards nursing,levels of nursing,health education and psychological intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gastrointestinal surgery has significant effect.It can effectively promote the recovery of post-operative gastrointestinal function and enhance the nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical application.
