目的：探讨临床护理路径在脊柱损伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法将100例脊柱损伤的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组的急诊停留时间显著短于对照组，健康知识得分高于对照组，术后首次功能锻炼时间和下床活动时间短于对照组，并发症少于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组的抢救成功率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。观察组在心理护理、服务态度、健康教育等方面的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论临床护理路径有效规范了护理行为，保证了护理工作的针对性和科学性，提高了脊柱损伤患者的救治护理质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in the treat-ment of spine injury patients.Methods 100 patients with spine injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was re-ceived routine nursing while the observation group was used clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Emergency residence time in the observa-tion group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Health knowledge was higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,postoperative functional exercise time for the first time and bed time was shorter than that in the control group.Complications were less than that in the control group.The hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no statistical significance since rescue success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P >0.05).Mental nurs-ing,service attitude and health education in the observation was higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway effectively standardizes nursing behavior,ensures the nursing pertinently and scientifically and improves nursing quality of spinal injury patients.
