目的：了解某中医医院及某综合医院住院患者医院感染的基本情况，并进行比较以了解不同类型医院医院感染科室和部位等是否有所不同，为不同类型的医院采取有效防控措施提供参考及理论依据。方法：采取横断面调查的方法，于2013年8月25日，分别由经过统一培训的调查员以病历查阅和床旁调查相结合的方法对两个选中的医院进行调查，对所有住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查，填写个案调查表。结果：中医医院的医院感染现患率为1.60%，综合医院的医院感染现患率为3.21%，中医医院的医院感染现患率低于综合医院。中医医院的医院感染现患率最高的为血液科，而综合医院的医院感染现患率最高为ICU。医院感染部位的分布中，中医医院和综合医院都是下呼吸道居首位，分别占41.67%和44.44%。结论：通过此次调查，了解了不同类型医院的医院感染特点，及时发现了医院感染管理中存在的问题，强化了对医院感染高危科室的督查和指导，制定了合理的规章制度，有效减少了医院感染的发生。
목적：료해모중의의원급모종합의원주원환자의원감염적기본정황，병진행비교이료해불동류형의원의원감염과실화부위등시부유소불동，위불동류형적의원채취유효방공조시제공삼고급이론의거。방법：채취횡단면조사적방법，우2013년8월25일，분별유경과통일배훈적조사원이병력사열화상방조사상결합적방법대량개선중적의원진행조사，대소유주원환자진행의원감염현환솔조사，전사개안조사표。결과：중의의원적의원감염현환솔위1.60%，종합의원적의원감염현환솔위3.21%，중의의원적의원감염현환솔저우종합의원。중의의원적의원감염현환솔최고적위혈액과，이종합의원적의원감염현환솔최고위ICU。의원감염부위적분포중，중의의원화종합의원도시하호흡도거수위，분별점41.67%화44.44%。결론：통과차차조사，료해료불동류형의원적의원감염특점，급시발현료의원감염관리중존재적문제，강화료대의원감염고위과실적독사화지도，제정료합리적규장제도，유효감소료의원감염적발생。
Objective:To understand the status of nosocomial infections among a traditional Chinese medicine hospital and a general hospital and compare them,find out the different distribution of the nosocomial infections in the departments and sites of this different types of hospitals so as to provide reference and theoretical basis for taking effective prevention and control measures to the different types of hospitals.Methods:By means of the cross-sectional survey,at Aug 25th,2013, the prevalence rate of the nosocomial infections was investigated for the patients who enrolled this two hospitals by the trained investigators with the combination of bedside inquiry and the review of the frame medical records,filling out the questionnaire.Results:The nosocomial infections rate of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital was 1.60%,and the general hospital was 3.21%. The nosocomial infection rate of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital was lower than the general hospital.For the traditional Chinese medicine hospital, hematology was the department at high of infections,but for the general hospital,it was ICU. The lower respiratory tract was the main infection site for this two hospital, accounting for 41.67% and 44.44%.Conclusion:To understand the particularity of nosocomial infections among the different types of hospitals,find the problems in the control of nosocomial infections, strengthen nosocomial infections in high-risk departments of the supervision and guidance, and establish reasonable rules and regulations so as to reduce nosocomial infections.
