目的:探讨分析药学服务对老年糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖的影响。方法:选择2012年7~12月我院收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究组,选取2012年1~6月收治的60例糖尿病患者为对照组,对照组予以常规用药指导,研究组予以药学服务指导。结果:研究组患者用药依从性优良率为95%,显著高于对照组的81.67%,两组比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者用药服务前血糖比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;用药服务后研究组患者血糖水平显著低于对照组,两组比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:药学服务可以提高糖尿病患者的用药依从性,使血糖得到很好的控制,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토분석약학복무대노년당뇨병환자용약의종성급혈당적영향。방법:선택2012년7~12월아원수치적60례당뇨병환자위연구조,선취2012년1~6월수치적60례당뇨병환자위대조조,대조조여이상규용약지도,연구조여이약학복무지도。결과:연구조환자용약의종성우량솔위95%,현저고우대조조적81.67%,량조비교P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。량조환자용약복무전혈당비교P>0.05,차이무통계학의의;용약복무후연구조환자혈당수평현저저우대조조,량조비교P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론:약학복무가이제고당뇨병환자적용약의종성,사혈당득도흔호적공제,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the impact of pharmaceutical care for the elderly analyze medication adherence and blood sugar in diabetics. Methods:July 2012 to 2012 in our hospital December 60 diabetic patients for the study group, selected from January 2012 to June 2012 were treated 60 cases of diabetic patients treated with routine medication as the control group, the control group guidance, to be pharmaceutical care research group guidance. Conclusion:Pharmacy services can improve diabetes medication compliance, blood sugar is well controlled, worthy of clinical application.
