目的：探讨分析药学服务对老年糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖的影响。方法：选择2012年7～12月我院收治的60例糖尿病患者为研究组，选取2012年1～6月收治的60例糖尿病患者为对照组，对照组予以常规用药指导，研究组予以药学服务指导。结果：研究组患者用药依从性优良率为95%，显著高于对照组的81.67%，两组比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组患者用药服务前血糖比较P>0.05，差异无统计学意义；用药服务后研究组患者血糖水平显著低于对照组，两组比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：药学服务可以提高糖尿病患者的用药依从性，使血糖得到很好的控制，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토분석약학복무대노년당뇨병환자용약의종성급혈당적영향。방법：선택2012년7～12월아원수치적60례당뇨병환자위연구조，선취2012년1～6월수치적60례당뇨병환자위대조조，대조조여이상규용약지도，연구조여이약학복무지도。결과：연구조환자용약의종성우량솔위95%，현저고우대조조적81.67%，량조비교P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。량조환자용약복무전혈당비교P>0.05，차이무통계학의의；용약복무후연구조환자혈당수평현저저우대조조，량조비교P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론：약학복무가이제고당뇨병환자적용약의종성，사혈당득도흔호적공제，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the impact of pharmaceutical care for the elderly analyze medication adherence and blood sugar in diabetics.
