以鹅掌楸(Liriodendron chinensis Sarg.)嫩叶叶柄为外植体,优化了愈伤组织诱导条件。结果表明,叶柄经1 g/L的HgCl2溶液处理9 min,接种至添加2 g/L 50%多菌灵的MS培养基中培养20 d时,成活率最高,达58.8%;愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基是1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA,诱导率达74.37%。
以鵝掌楸(Liriodendron chinensis Sarg.)嫩葉葉柄為外植體,優化瞭愈傷組織誘導條件。結果錶明,葉柄經1 g/L的HgCl2溶液處理9 min,接種至添加2 g/L 50%多菌靈的MS培養基中培養20 d時,成活率最高,達58.8%;愈傷組織誘導的最佳培養基是1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA,誘導率達74.37%。
이아장추(Liriodendron chinensis Sarg.)눈협협병위외식체,우화료유상조직유도조건。결과표명,협병경1 g/L적HgCl2용액처리9 min,접충지첨가2 g/L 50%다균령적MS배양기중배양20 d시,성활솔최고,체58.8%;유상조직유도적최가배양기시1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA,유도솔체74.37%。
To explore the best method of explants disinfection and optimal condition of callus induction, Callus were induced from explants of Liriodendron chinensis petiole. The results showed that when the petiole was treated by 0.1% HgCl2 for 9 min and cultivated in MS medium with 2 g/L 50% carbendazim, Wp has the lowest contamination rate of 41.2%. The optimal formula of callus induction was 1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.15 mg/L NAA with the rate of callus induction of 74.37%.
