以流苏石斛(Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.)为试料,研究了种子萌发形成原球茎,原球茎的增殖培养、器官分化,建立了快速繁殖体系,经过初代培养、继代培养,成功培育出再生植株,并对组培苗的大棚移栽驯化等方面进行研究,初步形成从组培快繁到大棚生产的一系列培育过程,为流苏石斛的规模化生产发展奠定基础。
以流囌石斛(Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.)為試料,研究瞭種子萌髮形成原毬莖,原毬莖的增殖培養、器官分化,建立瞭快速繁殖體繫,經過初代培養、繼代培養,成功培育齣再生植株,併對組培苗的大棚移栽馴化等方麵進行研究,初步形成從組培快繁到大棚生產的一繫列培育過程,為流囌石斛的規模化生產髮展奠定基礎。
이류소석곡(Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.)위시료,연구료충자맹발형성원구경,원구경적증식배양、기관분화,건립료쾌속번식체계,경과초대배양、계대배양,성공배육출재생식주,병대조배묘적대붕이재순화등방면진행연구,초보형성종조배쾌번도대붕생산적일계렬배육과정,위류소석곡적규모화생산발전전정기출。
Using Dendrobium fimbriatum as material, regenerated plants were successfully cultured through the formation of seed germination original bulbs, corms original proliferation culture of organ differentiation, the establishment of rapid propagation system, initial culture and subculture. Greenhouse transplanting domestication of plantlets were studied. A series of foster tissue culture and greenhouse production process were initially formed. It will provide a basis for the development of large-scale production of Dendrobium fimbriatum.
