目的:观察健康教育在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年10月~2013年6月本院收治的120例高血压患者为研究对象,将120例患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各包含60例,对照组患者进行常规高血压疾病方面的健康教育,而观察组则采用多形式且细致化的健康教育进行干预,然后将两组患者健康教育的治疗依从性与疾病认知度进行比较。结果健康教育后两组患者的治疗依从性与疾病认知度均得到提高,并且观察组健康教育后的治疗依从性与疾病认知度均明显好于对照组干预后的评估结果(P均<0.05)。结论多形式且细致化的健康教育对高血压患者的影响较大,显著改善患者的治疗依从性与疾病认知度,从而影响疾病治疗效果。

목적:관찰건강교육재고혈압환자호리중적응용효과。방법선취2011년10월~2013년6월본원수치적120례고혈압환자위연구대상,장120례환자근거수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조,매조각포함60례,대조조환자진행상규고혈압질병방면적건강교육,이관찰조칙채용다형식차세치화적건강교육진행간예,연후장량조환자건강교육적치료의종성여질병인지도진행비교。결과건강교육후량조환자적치료의종성여질병인지도균득도제고,병차관찰조건강교육후적치료의종성여질병인지도균명현호우대조조간예후적평고결과(P균<0.05)。결론다형식차세치화적건강교육대고혈압환자적영향교대,현저개선환자적치료의종성여질병인지도,종이영향질병치료효과。
Objective To observe the application effect of health education in the nursing of hypertensive patients. Methods 120 hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from October 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received conventional hypertension diseases related health education and the observation group received multiform and meticulous health education intervention. Then the treatment compliance and disease awareness of health education of the two groups were compared. Results After health education, the treatment compliance and disease awareness of both groups improved. And the treatment compliance and disease awareness of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after health education intervention(P < 0.05 for all). Conclusion Multiform and meticulous health education intervention has larger influence on the hypertensive patients and can significantly improve the patients’treatment compliance and disease awareness, thereby influencing the treatment effect of the disease.
