目的：探讨舒适护理对无痛结肠镜检查患者的影响。方法选择2011年8月～2013年8月行无痛结肠镜检查的患者200例，随机分为舒适护理组及对照组，对照组采用常规护理，舒适护理组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理。观测两组患者检查前后血压、心率的变化，实际检查操作时间，术后不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果舒适护理组检查前5min血压、心率明显低于对照组，实际操作时间及不良反应发生率明显少于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在无痛结肠镜检查中应用舒适护理，有助于缩短患者检查实际操作时间，减少不良反应发生，提高患者满意度。
목적：탐토서괄호리대무통결장경검사환자적영향。방법선택2011년8월～2013년8월행무통결장경검사적환자200례，수궤분위서괄호리조급대조조，대조조채용상규호리，서괄호리조재상규호리적기출상급여서괄호리。관측량조환자검사전후혈압、심솔적변화，실제검사조작시간，술후불량반응발생솔급환자만의도。결과서괄호리조검사전5min혈압、심솔명현저우대조조，실제조작시간급불량반응발생솔명현소우대조조，환자만의도명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재무통결장경검사중응용서괄호리，유조우축단환자검사실제조작시간，감소불량반응발생，제고환자만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care on patients receiving painless colonoscopy. Methods 200 patients who received painless colonoscopy from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected and randomly assigned to a comfortable nursing group and a control group. The control group received regular nursing, while the comfortable nursing group received a comfortable nursing care based on the regular nursing. Blood pressure and changes of heart rate in the two groups before and after the colonoscopy were observed. Operation time of colonoscopy, incidence of postoperative adverse events and patients' satisfaction rate were also observed. Results The blood pressure and heart rate 5 minutes before the colonoscopy in the comfortable nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The operation time, incidence of adverse events were significantly lower than those in the control group. The satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing care applied in a painless colonoscopy helps shorten operation time, reduces adverse events and improves patients' satisfaction rate.
